Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the American is an actor comedian, activist, and actress. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and started her acting career when she was a young girl, soon after her move to the United States. From 2013 until 2016 she worked as the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020. She gained fame for her roles in television commercials. In addition to commercial appearances, she also appeared as a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was an actor on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). After being featured in the TV pilot that was never aired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish, born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At the age of two she left together with her parents to the U.S. to escape antisemitism. She settled in West Hollywood. Due to her family's financial difficulties, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub attended Beverly Hills High School briefly, but she quit after her second year. She later obtained an GED and earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade.
